Simply put, none.

There has never been even a single reported case of someone dying from a genetically modified crop. The Center of Disease Control, which tracks causes of death in the United States, has no reported cases of a person dying from a GMO. Nor this should be surprising when one understands that any commercially available genetically modified crop has undergone rigorous testing and has been reviewed by multiple government agencies.

There is also no credible, scientific evidence to suggest that GMOs are causing diseases or illnesses that would harm or kill someone over a long period of time. In fact, science demonstrates quite the contrary. Thousands of scientific studies have been performed on the genetically modified crops available, and all of them demonstrate that these crops are just as safe as their non-GMO counterparts.

The full answer, therefore, is that there is not a single instance of a GMO causing harm to human health, or death.
