We do not currently produce seed certified under the US National Organic Program or similar organic certification programs outside the United States. Of the conventionally-produced seed (i.e., seed products that have not been improved through biotechnology) we produce and sell, some of our products, primarily in our vegetable seed business, are purchased by customers who participate in the US National Organic Program or other marketing programs within which conventionally produced seed may be used.  It should be noted that there are only two vegetable crops that have GMO varieties – sweet corn and squash.
