Is it safe to feed unused commercial corn seed like superseedware to chickens

In general, commercial corn seed is nutritionally identical to commodity grain. There is a large variability in composition of corn, due to genetics, and therefore commodity corn is usually a blend. If you are raising chickens using a balanced diet with one hybrid, it is a good idea to have a nutritional analysis done, since its composition may not reflect typical values. Also, the corn must be free of seed treatments, which would not be approved for feeding to animals.
