In his role as Global Regulatory Affairs Strategic Initiatives Manager, Joshua leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of regulatory tools, processes and strategies to achieve regulatory clearances globally for Bayer’s Seeds division in Crop Science. He also has expertise in quality control practices including GLP (EPA, FDA, and OECD), cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, Standard Operating Procedures, and best practice documents.

Prior to joining Bayer, Joshua was a program/project manager at DuPont Pioneer, where he managed five to seven projects simultaneously from pre-regulatory stages through product commercialization and deployment. He also served on an insect control leadership team as the expert and lead project manager representative responsible for all project management and business analyses activities.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Iowa State University, Ames, IA.

The U.S. is a very large exporter of agricultural commodities, but also a large importer of key commodities from a very large number of countries.
