Question
im a current student at the univesrity of canterbury new zealand, and have become aware that one of my lectures, jack heinemann, is claiming to be an independent science, but he has clear bias, has no data to back his views and seems to be too well connected to the organics industry not to have a financial interest, i want to know how to put in an official information act request against him and how to then release this info to the wider media.

GMO Answers is a community focused on facilitating constructive conversations about biotechnology in agriculture and how GMOs are made and used. We can't advise you on how to secure email records, public or otherwise, nor would we encourage you to do so.
We also can't address your claims about your professor as an individual, but we can share this article with you from Dr. Peter Davies from Cornell University as a resource, in which he addresses how to evaluate claims about GMOs.
